By authorizing service, approving an estimate or quote, signing a work order, or permitting C&S Mobile RV Services, LLC ("Company") to perform work on any recreational vehicle, motorhome, trailer, or associated equipment ("Vehicle"), the customer ("Customer") accepts and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Customer warrants that they are the legal owner of the Vehicle or have full legal authority from the owner to authorize all requested repairs and modifications.

• Validity Period: All quotes and estimates provided by the Company are valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted in writing.
• Price Adjustments & Discovered Damage: Estimates are based on initial visual inspections and customer descriptions. Final costs may vary if hidden structural, electrical, mechanical, or water damage is discovered during tear-down or repair execution. The Company will make reasonable efforts to obtain Customer approval prior to proceeding with work that substantially exceeds the initial estimate.

• Service Call Fee: A non-refundable Service Call Fee is charged for dispatching a technician to the Customer’s location. This fee covers travel time and initial on-site diagnostic assessment up to the specified time limit, and is due regardless of whether additional repairs are authorized or completed.
• Payment Due Date: All invoices—including diagnostics, labor, parts, and applicable taxes—are due immediately upon completion of service.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, major credit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Credit card transactions may be subject to processing fees as permitted by Tennessee law.
• Late Payments & Non-Payment: Unpaid balances past ten (10) days from the service date shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum allowed by Tennessee law. The Customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and collection agency fees incurred by the Company.

• No Liability for Prior/DIY Work: C&S Mobile RV Services, LLC shall NOT be held responsible or liable for any pre-existing damage, electrical shorts, plumbing leaks, structural failures, component breakage, or subsequent safety hazards resulting directly or indirectly from repairs, disassembly, modifications, or installations initiated or attempted by the Customer or any unauthorized third party prior to the Company’s intervention.
• Diagnostic & Corrective Work: When called to complete, inspect, or rectify a Customer-initiated or third-party repair, the Company’s work is limited strictly to bringing the specific system into functional condition. The Company provides no warranty on any labor or parts associated with prior attempted repairs, and additional labor charges will apply for necessary tear-down, inspection, or correction of improperly installed components.

• Special Orders: Non-standard parts ordered specifically for a Customer may require an upfront, non-refundable deposit prior to ordering.
• Customer-Supplied Parts: If the Company agrees to install parts provided directly by the Customer:
  1. The Company provides NO WARRANTY whatsoever on customer-supplied parts.
  2. If a customer-supplied part is incorrect, defective, missing hardware, or fails during or after installation, the Customer remains fully responsible for all labor costs incurred during the attempt or installation process.

• Labor Warranty: The Company warrants its repair labor against defects in workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of service completion.
• Parts Warranty: New parts supplied and installed by the Company are covered exclusively by the original manufacturer’s warranty. The Company makes no independent warranty on manufactured parts.
• Exclusions: Labor warranty is rendered null and void if the Vehicle is subjected to misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, environmental damage, freeze damage, or subsequent unauthorized alterations or repairs after service completion.

• Site Requirements: The Customer must provide a safe, level, and legally accessible workplace (including obtaining required approvals from RV parks, campgrounds, or HOAs) for the technician to perform work.
• Work Stoppage: Technicians reserve the right to halt or reschedule services without penalty due to severe weather, unsafe surroundings, hazardous site conditions, loose animals, or uncooperative behavior.

To the maximum extent permitted under Tennessee law, C&S Mobile RV Services, LLC, its members, owners, and technicians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, campsite fees, towing charges, lodging expenses, or spoiled goods—arising out of or related to the services provided.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Cumberland County, Tennessee.
